The apartments and guest rooms are located in a quiet residential wing. The Säynätsalo local library and the actual municipal building are open according to their own schedules.
All apartments have a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels. The kitchen has basic crockery, cutlery, small appliances, and coffee and tea. The apartments have a fridge, oven, and hob for cooking.
