Come with us on a guided tour to the Aalto destinations in Jyväskylä and Muuramen!
You will get to know the architecture of Aino, Elissa, and Alvar Aalto from 1929–1953.
The tour includes entrance fees and guidance to Muurami church, Säynätsalo Town Hall, and Muuratsalo Experimental House, as well as guide services and transfers transportation throughout the five-hour tour.
During the tour, you will also hear about Aalto's life and relationship with nature, the community, and local people.

You can start the tour from the Aalto2 Museum after it opens from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The entrance fee is a Museum card or the standard entrance fee.

Transportation from the Aalto2 Museum to the Muurame church leaves at 1 p.m. in front of the Museum's entrance.

We are moving from the Muurame church to the Säynätsalo Town Hall.

You could also visit the Säynätsalo local library, part of the building.

After the Town Hall tour, you can buy and enjoy coffee, pastries, or salty food, in the AaBakery cafe.

Transportation to the Muuratsalo test house leaves from Kunnantalo at 4:00 p.m

The guided tour of the Muuratsalo test house (1952–1953) lasts about an hour, and the return trip to the Aalto2 museum leaves at 5:30 p.m.

The day ends around 18:00 at the starting point at the parking lot of the Aalto2 museum.
